Tasting Notes
Nose
A bold maritime peat with hints of iodine, honeyed sweetness, smoky paprika, salted caramel, and the rich scent of aged bookshelves.
Taste
Smoke resurfaces alongside mint dark chocolate, espresso and new leather, balanced by a blend of honey and soy sauce.
