Features

This is a barrel heavy influenced tequila that does it the right way. This Anejo selection is drawn from old French and American oak barrels to create a unique and unforgettable complexity. Created by master distiller Enrique Fonseca at Tequilena in the town of Tequila, Jalisco and produced using agaves grown in the Highlands near Atotonilco el Alto. A total of almost 3 years, first used in Cabernet Franc wine barrels from the Loire Valley of France for a minimum of 14 months, then laid into toasted American white oak previously used to age either Canadian whiskey or Tennessee rye whiskey, for a minimum of 14 additional months. The process also includes stainless steel fermentation with Mendoza wine yeast strains.

Deep with flavour – the longer this sits, the better it gets!
