Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt

Monkey Shoulder Scotch is a dazzling blended malt whisky from William Grant, made with single malts from three famous Speyside distilleries. Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, then vatted together in small batches for up to six months before bottling at 40% above. The sip draws you in with zesty orange next to mellow vanilla, honey and spiced oak. The taste leans into mellow vanilla with spicy hints, with a super smooth ending. The perfect introduction to Scotch made to be sipped neat, on ice, or mixed.

Deanston Virgin Oak

A no-age-statement whisky in the Deanston core range. This non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured dram spent its final stage of maturation in brand new American oak casks and is bottled at 46.3%. Its nose is piled high with notes of heady virgin oak, alongside lemon zest, sweet barley sugar, and delicious notes of apple and nutmeg. The sweet palate swims candied fruits and vanilla toffee, balanced with heather honey.

Tequila Ocho Plata

Leonista Reposado

Reposado means ‘aged’ or ‘rested’ in Spanish. Leonista Reposado is produced by filling American oak barrels with blanco spirit and settling it for 3 to 6 months so that the spirit soaks up the colour and flavour of the wood. The oak delivers a slightly sweet beginning, with a smoky aftertaste and wooden undertones. A spirit that whiskey drinkers will enjoy as a single shot on a block of ice or a single/double shot mixed with ginger beer, slice of fresh ginger and ice.

Geometric Gin Cape Dry Gin

Geometric Gin is distilled from neutral spirits and fine grape spirits resulting in a textured silk-like gin. Using a combination of fresh juniper, citrus and cardamom followed by heathery fynbos. Geometric Gin boasts the perfect floral and fruity mix and a delicious, smooth gin well-suited to sipping. Geometric is a post modern definition of Classic Cape Dry Gin.

Roku Japanese Craft Gin

Roku – the number six in Japanese. Roku Gin is a masterful blend of six very special botanicals sourced in Japan, and crafted with a centuries-old tradition of meticulous attention to detail. Richly scented with Cherry blossom and green tea, this craft gin has depth and character that you’ll feel in the sip. Expect flavours of Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture that leads to a spiciness to the finish thanks to crisp Japanese sansho pepper.

Albatross Cape Grape Vodka

When one thinks of vodka, one immediately associates it with the cold Northern nations where it was first distilled. The South also has its place. We are renowned for our brilliant wines – based on top quality grapes. Albatross is distilled from a selection of fine Cape grapes and the purified water of the Table mountain aquifer – producing a pure, classy vodka with brilliant character and depth. Subtle fruit aroma with complex round flavours and a silky smooth finish.

Waterford Elgin Pinot Noir 2018

This Pinot Noir is carefully sourced from a single vineyard in Elgin, the best suited terroir for the growth of Pinot Noir. It pours a pale colour, with floral and delicate wild cherry, elegant earthy and fynbos aromas which are complemented by maturation in old 300L Burgundian French oak. Wonderful, elegant texture, all rounded off with a well-balanced natural acidity. This is the 8th vintage of their Elgin Pinot Noir.

Waterford Kevin Arnold Shiraz 2017

The vineyards surrounding Waterford in Stellenbosch are famed for their extraordinary wines and one of its unmissable bottles is this expressive shiraz, which is dedicated to one of the owners’ sons. The wine is vinified and matured in old barriques to preserve the delicate aromas and structure of the wine. It is as dynamic in smell as it is in taste; complex red and dark fruit with earth and cold stone are the standout aromas up top. You’ll feel natural acidity and classic granular in the back end of the sip.

Bellenda Superiore S.C. 1931 Prosecco

The glera grapes grown in the Conegliano hills gave us a base wine of impressive complexity and minerality. The second fermentation in the bottle, in accord with the classic method, enhanced its fragrances and aromatic qualities, imbuing this sparkling wine with a striking personality.
