GlenAllachie 12 year old is a flagship release in the history of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company. Under the expertise of their master distiller, Billy Walker, this 12yo is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks with sweet flavours of honey, marzipan, bananas and butterscotch. It is non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Herradura Anejo

First introduced to the world in 1962, Herradura Añejo (meaning horseshoe in Spanish, after a horseshoe was found in the agave fields and kept for luck) blends modern and traditional distilling techniques. It is made from 100% blue weber agave and matured in American white oak barrels for 25 months, a remarkable 13 months longer than industry standards. Notes of cooked agave, toasted oak and dried fruit meet the nose upfront while the palate delivers a complex, spicy taste.

Highberry Jabulani Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Jabulani Red honours the passion and dedication of Jabulani Ntshangase who is one of the founders of Highberry Wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard provided extraordinary quality in the 2014 and 2015 vintages. This red spent five years maturing in new 300 litre barrels, after which it was aged for a further three months in bottled state. Blackcurrants, spice and ripe plums round out the flavour profile with soft juicy palate driven by fine tannins.

Created in 1869, it embodies Moet and Chandons unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, seductive palate and elegant maturity. Created from more than 100 different wines of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specifically selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy. The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the 3 grape varietals which are 30-40% the body of pinot noir, 30-40% the suppleness of pinout meunier and 20-30% the finesse of chardonnay.

Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin

Crafted from an exceptional blend of fragrant botanicals, Ableforth’s award-winning Bathtub Gin takes a while to blossom into a well-rounded final flavour profile. The baseline is distilled in a copper pot, using juniper, coriander and other botanicals. A portion of this base spirit gin is infused with six other botanicals: orange peel, cassia, juniper, coriander, cardamom and clove. The infusion process takes another week to allow the flavour to mature and those fresh botanicals to shine through – something which is not possible with traditional distillation. The nose leads with a juniper-rich bouquet with hints of cardamom, orange blossom, and cinnamon. On the palate, there’s notes of juniper, cloves, coriander and cardamom with the last two lingering on the finish.This Bathtub Gin’s crisp and refreshing taste makes it great for mixing with a premium tonic and a wedge of orange.
