Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin

Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is a spirit that takes you to the mountain regions where it comes from. A floral expression that carries the aroma, scent and feel of the Wicklow mountains just south of Dublin, Ireland. As soon as the botanicals are picked, they are distilled. Some botanicals are macerated before distillation; others are suspended in a basket and their flavors are passed on via vapor. This gin brings all four seasons together, so that you can smell the spring, taste both the summer floral and autumnal fruits, and finish up the experience with spices reminiscent of winter.

Donnafugata Dea Vulcano Etna Rosso Red Blend 2018

Light ruby red in colour, Etna Rosso “Dea Vulcano” is a pleasant and exquisite wine that came to life 750 meters above sea level on the lava soils of the north side of Etna. It spent 14 months in concrete tanks, and to a limited extent, in wooden barrels. The nose is filled with hints of wild berries, pepper, violets, and tobacco. The palate is deliciously juicy and fragrant, promising a refreshing sipping experience.
