The Conegliano hills provide the Glera grapes that form a base wine of excellent complexity and minerality. Thanks to a second fermentation in the bottle, true to the classic method, you’re left with fragrances and aromatic qualities that really jump off the bottle. There’s a lot to draw you in with this bouquet of hazelnuts and juicy apple and pear, alongside hints of acacia honey, fresh-baked rolls, and apple cake. Great as a pre-dinner sipper and a pairing for roast poultry and veal.
