Boulder American Single Malt Whiskey

A small-batch, hand crafted pot-distilled American single malt made from 100% imported malted barley. Milled, mashed, fermented, double pot distilled and aged for a minimum of 3 years in #3 heavily charred, virgin American white oak barrels.

New flavours on old traditions. Lightly peated and demonstrating that peat flavours can be a piece of the whiskey and not necessarily the defining attribute.
