Bunnahabhain 7YO 2013 Very Cloudy

This limited release of only 810 bottles ever produced of Bunnahabhain’s heavily peated whisky is constructed for the real connoisseur. Nicknamed Staoisha, after one of the  distilleries’ water sources used in their peated production. Distilled in 2013 on September 27th, then matured in two hogsheads and bottled in 2020 on November 16th. Termed “very cloudy” due to the process whereby the whisky is non-chillfiltered, but bottled below 46%, which results in the whisky turning cloudy when the temperature is slightly lowered.
