Special care has been taken to ensure that the best Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes from their top-class vineyards go into the making of this elegant sparkling wine. Each parcel is vinified separately, before around 20% reserve wine is added for each release. When it comes to flavour, you’ll get a burst of juicy stone and orchard fruit, lovely baked pastry, and a creamy nutty character.
