Ca Del Bosco Prestige Extra Brut Inverno 19/20

A careful selection of the best Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes from their prestigious vineyards. Each parcel is vinified apart, before being infused with at least 20% reserve wine for each release. This champagne is quite well-balanced and dynamic in taste with juicy stone and orchard fruit, lovely baked pastry, and a creamy nutty character come to life on the palate.
