Dolin Blanc White Vermouth

With its roots in Chambery, the first white vermouth was distilled in 1881. Known for its sweetness and aromatic flavour, the Vermouth de Chambéry is a beloved beverage among gourmands and remains an expression of sophistication. It has clear brilliant liquid, with a nose that expresses freshly-picked Alpine botanicals, next to camphor and then citrus notes. The palate holds onto those botanical notes while smoothing things out. Aromas of broom and elderflower converge on the finish as it fades towards fresh almond and peach.
