Enrico Serafino Barbera d’Alba is the winery’s showpiece red that can be opened on a whim and is versatile enough to fit the entire palette of flavours on a chef’s menu. The winery takes its time fermenting the Barbera grapes after which it is aged in large oak barrels. Its sip takes on a dry and full-bodied mouthfeel, showing off notes of cherry, curant, and spice.
