FEW Bourbon Whiskey

A three-grain bourbon from Chicago’s FEW distillery. Made by blending 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt and fermented with a special peppery yeast usually used for Saison beer. A unique American blend that embodies the tradition of innovation at FEW. Beginning with hand selecting a diverse and strong backbone of their award-winning Bourbon and Rye Whiskey. Then they incorporate unexpected notes from a rich, yet balanced Malt Whiskey that has been infused with cherrywood smoke. The result is a proud American whiskey with unique and superior taste.

FEW Spirits is an American Craft Distillery based in Evanston Illinois, just outside Chicago. They pride themselves on producing everything from grain to glass, every aspect of production is done by them. They currently produce a range of award-winning gins and whiskies, all using ingredients sourced as local to the distillery as possible.
