FEW American whiskey, a blend of its bourbon, rye and cherrywood-smoked single malt. “We are constantly experimenting at FEW, innovating new expressions and our American whiskey was a direct result of those efforts”
Blended from 70% midwestern rye, 20% local corn and 10% two-row malted barley, fermented with yeast from Frances Loire valley, and matured for at least 2 years in air-dried oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Cinnamon, cloves and brown sugar.
Taste
Complex, sweet notes of red fruits like plums and berries, with the cherrywood smoke element seeping through.
Finish
Some lingering spice and chocolate.
