Released as part of a core range of single malt whiskeys after ex-BenRiach owner Billy Walker acquired the Speyside distillery GlenAllachie in 2018. The 25yo is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry and American oak casks. On this one, the nose offers sweet spices, marmalade and sultanas. Lashings of sultanas, pineapples and dark chocolate meet on the palate, unwrapping layers of Christmas cake, marmalade and sweet spices. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%.
