Glendalough Double Barrel Single Grain

Voted Best Irish Whiskey under 7 years at San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This Double Barrel draws its flavour profile from two casks, Bourbon and Oloroso. Each barrel delivers a unique taste and character that are all their own. While sweet, smooth vanilla notes, among others, emerge from the Bourbon barrels, the Oloroso casks round things out with dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. These are all enhanced by almost four years ageing in Ireland’s mild maritime climate.
