Glendalough Single Cask – Burgundy Cask Finish

A single malt Irish whiskey released as part of the Glendalough Single Cask series. Matured for 3 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel and then transferred into a Grand Cru Burgundy, Pinot Noir wine cask for another year. Only 366 bottles were produced, which makes this a rare find for your cabinet. There’s a rich, vibrant surge of aroma bursting with vanilla and dark cherries while the body is packed with dry citrus and rich berry notes.
