Glenfarclas 105

The story of Glenfarclas 105 goes all the way back to 1968 when George S Grant bottled a single cask straight from the warehouse, sending them as Christmas gifts to family and friends. The strength of that batch was 105° British Proof, and so the world’s 1st commercially available cask strength whisky was born. Matured in 100% Oloroso sherry cask maturation, the Glenfarclas 105 continues to be bottled at the same 60% strength without adding water. This single malt Scotch whisky is smooth enough to drink straight at cask strength, but suggest topping up with water to fully explore its flavour profile.
