Glenfarclas 12

Glenfarclas 12 year old is packed full of sherry and fruit flavours. Originally bottled for export and travel retail markets, this Single Malt Scotch is one of the best and brightest in the world of whisky, having been named the “Best Sherried Whisky” in the Single Malt World Cup. It also won Gold at the Stockholm Beer and Whisky Festival in 2007 and 2008. The whisky was aged in both ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks that produce a light, sweet and easy drinking whisky. Its nose is brimming with dundee cake, oak, sherry, ripe fruits, nuts, and hints of lemon. The palate is deep and fruity, with rich oaky notes and a spicy, lingering finish.
