Glenfarclas 17

The Glenfarclas 17yo is made with pure spring water, malted barley and yeast only. Destined to be finely aged, this whisky was distilled twice in traditional direct fired copper pot stills, the largest in Speyside. Maturation takes place on-site in traditional dunnage warehouses using 100% Spanish sherry casks. The distillery stores the whiskey in top-quality European oaks, chosen from family run Bodega in Spain previously used for the maturation of fine Oloroso sherry. The result is a pour that balances the smoothness of their younger whiskies with the greater depth of their older expressions.
