Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Fino Tres Palmas Sherry 2020

This is an exceptional and rare ten year old Fino that has been drawn from a small batch of casks still coated with a thin layer of flor after a decade of maturation. This extra aging window produces a Fino of an unusual structure; deeply coloured, well-rounded, and deliciously developed. The nose is filled with aromas of hazelnut, walnut, toffee and dried apricots. The palate is highlighted by dry, rich and broad with layers of flavour and immense intensity. Great for sipping on its own or pairing with cheese plates and intense game dishes.
