Herradura Reposado

Old and new distilling techniques meet in this deliciously smooth serving, first launched in 1974. Herradura Reposado is distilled using 100% blue agave after it was rested to mature in American white oak barrels for 11 months. This is 9 months longer than the minimum requirement for a tequila to pass as a Reposado by Mexican law. There’s a clear sense of cooked agave, vanilla, and butter upfront, but the agave and vanilla carries over onto the palate. Bottled at 40%.
