Highberry Jabulani Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Jabulani Red honours the passion and dedication of Jabulani Ntshangase who is one of the founders of Highberry Wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard provided extraordinary quality in the 2014 and 2015 vintages. This red spent five years maturing in new 300 liter barrels, after which it was further aged for a further three months in bottled state. Blackcurrants, spice and ripe plums round out the flavour profile with soft juicy palate driven by fine tannins.
