Kilchoman’s 100% Islay range is single estate scotch whiskey that thrives on the whiskey-making tradition of growing the barley, distilling, maturing and bottling every batch in one location. It took a minimum of 9 years to age this premium whiskey in 26 bourbon barrels and seven oloroso sherry butts. Expect top notes of intense floral sweetness revealing layers of rich spices, plums, dates and leather, with flavours of grilled fruit, mild spices, malt and vanilla on the tongue. Waves of fresh peat smoke and citrus sweetness lead to a smooth, clean finish.
