Kilchoman 2010 Vintage

2010 Vintage is a limited edition expression, launched in 2019 under Kilchoman’s Vintage series. This whisky was distilled in 2010, and allowed to rest for 9 years in a mixture of ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled in 2019. A total of 15,000 bottles were released. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. This expression entices the nostrils with aromatics of lemon zest, melted butter, sweet spices and damp smouldering peat smoke. It then delights the tongue and throat with dried seaweed, chimney smoke, cloves, sweet tobacco, banana and linseed oil.
