Kilchoman Sanaig

Inspired by the rugged beauty of Islay’s Atlantic coast, Sanaig is aged in a combination of oloroso-sherry and bourbon casks. It produces a well-rounded flavour profile of peat smoke and classic sweet citrus flavours, against rich sherry maturation. On the first sip, this single malt whisky is exquisitely fruity and spicy on the nose. It then continues in a swirl of over ripe plums, red cherries and hints of citrus in the mouth that leads to a rich barbeque peat smoke, toffee, oak and dark chocolate. Try it neat over ice, with your favourite mixer or use as a base for your preferred cocktail.
