Kilchoman released this Single Sauternes Cask in honor of the 25th anniversary of Bresser & Timmer. It was distilled in 2012, and finished in a sauternes wine barrel before being bottled in 2018. The Single Sauternes Cask offers a super approachable and straightforward tasting experience, with rich, creamy and fruity notes true to the style of Kilchoman.
