Lothian Pinot Noir Magnum 2017

Supplied by a 3.25ha vineyard planted to two different clones, this 100% Pinot Noir was handpicked, destemmed and fermented in open fermenters for 10 days. It uses ambient yeasts and delestage to bring forth the flavour and colour from the fruit. The garnet-colored wine opens up with aromas of violets, black cherry and star anise that transition into a lively bundle of black plum, raspberry, and some savoury elements with soothing tannins.
