The Echézeaux Grand Cru hails from a stunning vineyard belonging to the era of the Cîteaux Abbey. It is nestled between Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot in the Côte de Nuits, above Clos Vougeot. This elegant expression of Pinot Noir is always a great wine to age – It opens with a flourish of peppery and woody hints as well as a touch of cocoa. There’s a round and elegant nature to the sip with tastes of liquorice and mint.
