Since 1859, a charity wine auction has raised funds for the Hospices de Civiles de Beaune
with the wines produced by the Hospice’s winery from around 60 hectares (150 acres) of vineyard holdings. This Pinot Noir’s sip draws you in with hints of light cherry and leather. The palate holds onto those cherry notes while adding minerality, leading to a spicy finish.
