Martini Rosso Vermouth

The original Martini. In creating this scarlet-hued vermouth, Luigi Rossi blended local botanicals into an indisputable classic. While the exact recipe remains a closely guarded secret, this sweet vermouth’s intense herb character is a result of the marriage of carefully selected wines and an array of aromatic Italian herbs including sage, savory and dittany, and bitter-sweet exotic woods.

Best served with equal parts Rosso and tonic water, garnished with orange peel – conceived in the 70’s and still a firm favorite.
