Grappa Stravecchia is made from Trentino grapes: Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato and Chardonnay. Distilled and aged in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia. Each type of cask used in ageing lends its own characteristics of fragrance, aroma, colour and flavour over 18 months.
