Symmetry Citrus Tonic Essence evokes the character of the Cederberg mountains. It’s body is packed with a selection of fresh citrus zests infused with Buchu, for an aroma that pops right off the nose. Buchu is a medicinal plant that grows in the Fynbos Floral Kingdom, particularly on the mid slopes of the Cape Mountains.

Ingredients: lemon, grapefruit, lime peel, cinchona bark, bushy, ginger, lemongrass

Spice goes fabulously with overtly aromatic fruit and fynbos forward gins (Geometric), vodka and tequila

Alternatively serve over ice with sparkling water, 1:3 ratio or more to taste. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel, Basil leaf, Cassia bark, and Mint.
