Symmetry Spice Tonic Essence is a celebration of our Cape Malay heritage while paying homage to the unique scents of the Karoo. Its flavour bursts with aromatic spices and Cape Snowbush (Kapokbos) an indigenous plant which grows wild across the Cape. It is commonly sourced alongside the Atlantic Coast and in the dry Swartland for herbaceous perfume and medicinal properties against coughs and colds.

Ingredients include: cardamom, clove, cinchona bark, lemon, kapokbos, rosemary, ginger and lemongrass

Spice goes brilliantly with juniper-forward earthy gins (Geometric), vodka or mezcal.

Alternatively, serve over ice with sparkling water, 1:3 ratio or more to taste and garnish with Rosemary, lemon zest.
