Features

Gently aged for only 1 year in worn American Oak barrels to maintain the intense flavors of cooked agave. Tequila Ocho Anejo is an unparalleled sipping tequila thanks to its sweet notes. A moderate tinge from the barrels is enhanced by the maximum agave essence you taste in each glass. You really get a sense of the blue agave.

Anejo means “mature” – all anejo tequila must be aged between 1- 3 years in oak barrels which leads to the spirits signature amber color and complex flavors.

Tequila Ocho comes to the Sip Tequila Portfolio by way of Carlos Camarena, a third generation Teqilero and Thomas Estes, a tequila legend and global spirits ambassador. With a truly artisanal approach, Tequila Ocho brings terrior in Tequila to life, celebrating single estate agave harvests and yearly vintages, making them rare and collectable. Not to mention delicious.

Doesn’t get any better than this for Anejos. Agave front and centre complemented by the ideal hint of oak to round everything out. There’s a light sweetness present which just enhances its drinkability.
