A moderate tinge from the barrels is enhanced by the maximum agave essence you taste in each glass. You really get a sense of the blue agave.

Anejo means “mature” – all anejo tequila must be aged between 1- 3 years in oak barrels which leads to the spirits signature amber colour and complex flavours.
