A well-aged dram from Tobermory on the island of Mull. Matured for 21 years including some time finishing in a Manzanilla sherry cask. This dry style of sherry is quite different to the bigger and richer styles you usually find associated with whisky, and the casks add extra citrus and spice notes to the distillery’s weighty spirit.
