The taste offers delicious maple syrup, dark chocolate, almonds and raisin flavors wrapped in a perfectly sweet, balanced, and exceptionally smooth, whiskey. Unchill-filtered at 58% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Demerara sugar, gingerbread, floral malt, white pepper and sugared almonds.
Taste
Dried fruit begins to take control on the palate – think sultana and apricot. Still enjoyably nutty with walnut and macadamia. A good helping of nutmeg and stem ginger gives it some heat.
Finish
Last toffee apple sweetness and black pepper.
