The smoke, absorbed as the peat burns, pays homage to the original 19th-century distillery, where peat fires fueled production. Our team distills the spirit gently and matures it in purpose-built warehouses.

Nose
Fresh notes of juicy apple and white grape are deliciously juxtaposed with earthy, mineral-y peat.
