Hennessy XO

Hennessy XO was created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 as a new style of cognac for his circle of friends. It is the first Cognac that came to be known as XO or “extra old.” The eaux-de-vie of this Hennessy X.O cognac were matured up to thirty years to give this cognac an unparalleled strength. You’re greeted with rich notes of dark chocolate, oak and vanilla. The palate delights with candied fruit, peppery notes with a hint of chocolate, all of which lead to a warm, well-rounded mouthfeel.
